Vauxhall Astra review by Paul lock7-24-2005
Overall rating: 9/10 Good points: Pleasant to look at,peasant to drive, and pleasant to own.Road holding with two or four persons very relaxing no worries on any surface. Tiptronic/ auto gear box suits both worlds and is a joy to use. Bad points: Who ever designed obviously didn't go in for carrying odments the door pockets are too small and vo room for bottles in them. no centre box in the tunnel, no passenher under parcel shelf, just nowhere to put anything down a big minus point Main review: An easy car to recommend. for male or female driver. the 1.6 engine does run out of puff a bit but overall is quite refined and needs the gear indicater on the dash as its so quiet that you aren't sure which gear you are in. marks 9.5/10
Reliability: 10/10 Practicality: 10/10 Performance: 8/10 Value for money: 9/10
